Natural Product Variations
Please note that flowers are natural products and may vary from the images shown on our website. While we strive to create arrangements that match our photos as closely as possible, the following variations are normal and do not qualify for returns:
- Slight differences in flower color due to natural variations
- Variations in bloom size and shape
- Differences in the stage of bloom (some flowers may be more open than others)
- Seasonal availability affecting specific flower types
When specific flowers are unavailable, our skilled florists will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value that complement the overall design and color palette of your arrangement.

Cancellations

Orders for Future Delivery
Orders scheduled for delivery more than 24 hours in advance may be canceled for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered production. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number.
Same-Day Delivery Orders
Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed, as production begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Wedding and Event Orders
Wedding and event orders require a deposit at the time of booking. Cancellation terms vary depending on the timing:
- More than 30 days before the event: Full deposit refund minus a processing fee
- 14-30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit may be refunded
- Less than 14 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable
Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order and it meets the criteria for a return, we will offer a replacement arrangement or a refund as appropriate.
Damaged During Shipping
If your flowers arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately. Take photographs of the packaging and the damaged flowers before discarding anything. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate and will provide a replacement or full refund for any damage that occurred during transit.
